What it runs for you, what it costs, and how to start building.
An outreach API that runs the whole campaign, not a single send. One call sets up the sequence and the senders, then you add your leads. The Smart API handles queuing, sending windows, throttling, retries, sender rotation, reply sync and 250+ safeguards on LinkedIn and email.
A raw API gives you one endpoint per action and leaves the loop, the pacing, the retries and the reply tracking to your team. The Smart API ships that engine: your product calls POST /campaigns and gets back webhooks for messages and emails sent, replies, accepted invitations and bounces.
LinkedIn: connection requests, messages, InMail, voice notes, post comments, likes, follows and profile visits. Cold email is in beta and not fully available yet: it runs Google, Microsoft and IMAP mailboxes in the same sequences as LinkedIn steps, and we open it workspace by workspace. More channels are on the way.
Each channel has its own price. LinkedIn is billed per connected sender with no minimum, from $16.90 a month each for the first fifty and down to $6.90 at volume. Cold email, in beta, is billed by monthly sends, from $59 a month for 50,000 with unlimited mailboxes. Above 2,500 senders or 5 million sends, pricing is scoped with sales.
No automation on LinkedIn is zero-risk. Every sender gets a dedicated proxy, managed warmup, per-account caps and business-hour windows behind 250+ safeguards monitored 24/7, and each sender's health and limits are readable in the API.
Yes. Any agent that can make an HTTP call can launch campaigns, add leads and read replies through the REST API, and react to webhooks as events happen.
Through the API and webhooks. Messages and emails sent, replies, accepted invitations, bounces and lead status changes can be pushed to your CRM, data warehouse or workflow tool, and leads can be imported from anywhere you can read them. There is no native CRM sync to configure.
